The single ‘Stomach Knots’ by Olivia Dacre is open to interpretation, much like many of Olivia’s songs. Olivia’s vision for the song was about promoting the message that we should never be afraid to show the people we care about that we are there for them, even in times of stress and uncertainty. ‘Stomach Knots’ is about showing your true self, and not being scared of what others may think of you, remembering that you never ever have to face anything alone!

Message from Olivia…“My single ‘Stomach Knots’ was originally wrote as an guitar acoustic track at home, but when I visited Matt Kassell (Digital Man Recording Studio) to record the track, his talent on the piano blew me away when playing the song, leading to the – now – official version of ‘Stomach Knots’, featuring Matt on the piano!”
